How to Claim a Reward

Note: Before you can claim a reward you must have already have purchased that Music Artists Token to have enough tokens to use to make a claim. Confirm this by checking how many token you hold in 'My Wallet' page under 'Portfolio'

• Head to the rewards marketplace by clicking on 'Artists' then 'Rewards'

• Select the reward you're interested in claiming. The reward card will indicate if you have enough tokens to claim the reward

• Fill out the details to claim your reward such as a mailing address if the reward is a physical item or an email address if the reward is a digital download

• The artist that you are claiming the reward from will receive a notification of your claim and will process your reward to you directly

• If there are any issues with receiving your reward, you can submit a support ticket here
